The process
Five stages, written into Standard Operating Procedures, followed the same way on every transport regardless of service.
A run, start to finish
The request comes in, a courier is assigned, the container is sealed, the vehicle runs the route, and the delivery is signed. Every stage is logged.
One number, one person. Tell us what needs to move, from where, to where, and by when. No ticket queue and no call-centre script.
The courier verifies the pickup location, confirms the container is sealed, and logs the handoff with a time stamp before the vehicle moves.
Materials ride in a locked vehicle with secure cargo containment and GPS tracking. Nothing is left unattended outside a secured vehicle, ever.
At the destination the courier verifies the release point, checks transport condition, and documents anything irregular immediately.
Delivery is confirmed with signature documentation, and the chain-of-custody log closes. The record belongs to you, and it is available for audit.
The record
The chain-of-custody log is the deliverable behind the delivery. It is what a credentialing department asks for and what an audit reviews.
The conversation
Every stage above exists because a client asked one of these before they signed.
01
Who moves your specimens today?
An in-house driver, a national carrier, or nobody consistent. Precision does medical transport and nothing else — that focus is what makes strict HIPAA, OSHA and DOT adherence possible on every single run.
Specimen Transport02
What happens when it is urgent?
Dispatch answers, a courier is assigned, and the run is tracked through to the signature — with the same documentation standard as a scheduled route. No ticket queue.
STAT & On-Demand03
Can you prove it arrived?
Every transport carries a chain-of-custody log: sealed at origin, time-stamped at pickup, condition verified on release, signed at delivery. The record is yours, and it is available for audit.
How It Works04
Will it run the same way tomorrow?
Recurring routes with predictable windows, backup drivers and redundant routing plans. Your building learns one face and your staff stops re-explaining the drop point.
Scheduled RoutesGet started
We will come back with a route, a schedule, and the compliance documentation your credentialing team needs.
